How to Redeem (Cashback)

  1. Consumer scans the QR code from the belly band to visit the https://www.simbaroar.com/
  2. Consumer to enter their voucher code, Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, State, accept the Minimum Age check & T&C’s and click submit to receive OTP.
  3. The consumer will enter the OTP and choose their preferred cash back option and fill up the required details and click submit. The cashback will be processed on the customer's chosen cashback option within 24 -48 business hours.

How to Redeem – Royal Enfield (Bumper Prize)

  1. The consumer will be contacted by the BigCity concierge team, about informing the consumer of successful winning of the Royal Enfield Bike voucher.
  2. Submit your name, address, Aadhaar (as address proof for the same city), PAN card, and confirmation of dealership. If Aadhaar does not reflect the current address, a valid government ID proof with the current address must be provided.
  3. After verification, a value voucher of ₹1,50,000 will be issued in the name mentioned on Aadhaar and PAN card. Voucher delivery may take up to 21 business days.
  4. The voucher will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and cannot be revalidated once expired.
  5. Visit the specified dealership mentioned on the voucher to redeem it. The voucher is non-transferable and can be redeemed only by the person it is issued to.
  6. Book the Royal Enfield bike of your choice. If the cost of the bike exceeds the voucher value, pay the additional amount directly at the dealership.
